Skyline Crest LLLP will receive General Contractor Responsibility Criteria solicitations for Skyline Crest Unit Upgrades until Noon, Tuesday, November 4th, 2014. Skyline Crest LLLP is currently working with Ankrom Moisan Architects regarding design documents for the project. Work includes, but is not limited to, phased interior and exterior renovations of existing workforce housing consisting of approximately 138 dwelling units within fifty-five (55) structures.
