INVITATIONS FOR BIDS

General Contractor Responsibility Criteria Solicitations - Skyline Crest Unit Upgrades
Skyline Crest LLLP will receive General Contractor Responsibility Criteria solicitations for Skyline Crest Unit Upgrades until Noon, Tuesday, November 4th, 2014. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a responsible Contractor pool of candidates to bid on pre-construction services and potential GCCM contract for the Skyline Crest Unit Upgrade project.
Skyline Crest LLLP is currently working with Ankrom Moisan Architects regarding design documents for the project. Work includes, but is not limited to, phased interior and exterior renovations of existing workforce housing consisting of approximately 138 dwelling units within fifty-five (55) structures. Work also includes site drainage mitigation (drywells and grading), as well as installing ADA accessible routes to all residential structures, and potential site utility upgrades.
The existing resident buildings are Type V-A wood frame with conventional slab on grade and gable roof forms. Work consists of interior and exterior renovations including, but not limited to, new siding, new exterior windows, new doors (inside and out), new interior floor finishes, plumbing upgrades, HVAC mini-split system revisions, and painting (inside and out).
Evergreen sustainable development standards will be part of the project. Residents will be relocated (leap-frog approach) into completed structures to open up new structures scheduled for renovations on a turn-key approach.
NOTE: there will likely be up to two (2) additional projects, ~14,000 sf Boys and Girls Club and ~8,500 sf Resource Center, under construction onsite during the same construction period.
